Monthly RV sites on Autauga Creek

Good for work, TDY and wintering

• Work assignments. On a job in Prattville, Montgomery or anywhere in the River Region? I-65 is about 15 minutes away, at Exit 179.
• Maxwell Air Force Base. About a 20-minute drive, an easy commute for TDY and PCS stays.
• Wintering in Alabama. The park is open year-round, and mild winters make for easy off-season stays.

What every site has

• Full hookups: water, sewer and 30/50-amp electric.
• Room for big rigs up to 50 feet.
• Grassy sites under mature shade trees.
• A dump station and a playground on site.
• Autauga Creek right at the park for fishing and paddling. Float from downtown
• Pets welcome, up to 3 per site.
• The Bottom Bar & Grill is about a 3-minute walk, around the corner on County Road 4.

How rent works

• Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A $3-a-day late fee starts on the 5th.
• Pay at the main office with cash, check or money order. After the 5th, the office is open by appointment.
• Or pay from your phone. Monthly guests get a free guest account to see every bill and pay online with a debit or credit card, Cash App or your bank account.
• Autopay, if you want it. Turn it on in your guest account and your rent is paid on the due day from a saved card or bank account. You can turn it off any time.
• Everything in one place. Your account also has messages with the office, park notices and the park rules you signed.

When you call, ask about the current monthly rate, any deposit, and how electric is billed.

Before you move in

• RVs must be model year 2000 or newer, with current tags. Inoperable vehicles aren't allowed.
• Up to 3 pets per site, on a leash 6 feet or shorter. Bring the office a current rabies record each year.
• No washers or dryers on the sites, and no outside refrigerators or freezers.
• All trash goes in the red dumpster, with no furniture, mattresses or other large items.
• Quiet hours are 8 pm to 8 am on weeknights and 10 pm to 8 am on weekends.
