How we handle your information
We keep only what we need to run the campground, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- Details about your stay: your site, dates, rate, and the bills and payments on your account.
- Optional details you give us, like your rig type and length, license plate and an emergency contact.
Online payments
Online payments are processed by Stripe. Your card or bank details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on our website. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
Cookies
We use a single cookie to keep you logged in to your guest account. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The map on our homepage is provided by Google Maps, which has its own privacy policy.
Who sees your information
Only the campground owners and staff, and the service providers that run the website and payments for us. We may share information if the law requires it.
Your choices
You can update your phone, rig and emergency contact in your guest account. To change anything else, or to ask us to delete your information, call or text us at (334) 361-3999 or email autaugacreekrv@yahoo.com. We keep payment records as long as tax and accounting rules require.
